- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact
Note: Used or damaged products (not due to delivery issues) are not eligible.

- Products marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products without original packaging or tags

- Share your order ID, issue details, and product images
- Our team will verify and arrange a return pickup (if eligible)
4. Replacement Policy
- Eligible items will be replaced with the same product (subject to availability)
- If unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method, or
- Store credit (if chosen)
Timeline:
- Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
- Bank processing may take additional time
6. Shipping Charges
- Free return pickup for damaged/incorrect products
- For other cases (if allowed), return shipping charges may apply
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
8. Important Notes
- Ranger Lamp reserves the right to deny returns if policy conditions are not met
- Slight variations in color/texture may occur due to lighting and are not considered defects
