Return & Refund Policy

At Ranger Lamp, we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, replacements, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Return You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact

Note: Used or damaged products (not due to delivery issues) are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as Final Sale / Non-returnable
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Products without original packaging or tags

3. Return Process To initiate a return:

  2. Share your order ID, issue details, and product images
  3. Our team will verify and arrange a return pickup (if eligible)

4. Replacement Policy

  • Eligible items will be replaced with the same product (subject to availability)
  • If unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after quality check of returned product
  • Refund will be issued to:
    • Original payment method, or
    • Store credit (if chosen)

Timeline:

  • Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval
  • Bank processing may take additional time

6. Shipping Charges

  • Free return pickup for damaged/incorrect products
  • For other cases (if allowed), return shipping charges may apply

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

8. Important Notes

  • Ranger Lamp reserves the right to deny returns if policy conditions are not met
  • Slight variations in color/texture may occur due to lighting and are not considered defects
