1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

2. Delivery Timelines Estimated delivery timelines may vary based on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Note: Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, logistics issues, or high demand.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders (if applicable)
  • A nominal fee may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected locations across India
  • Additional COD handling charges may apply
  • Please ensure availability at the delivery address to avoid failed delivery attempts

5. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS/Email
  • You can track your order in real-time through the provided link

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our delivery partners will make 2–3 delivery attempts
  • If unsuccessful, the order may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

7. Delays & Exceptions Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions
  • Logistics disruptions or strikes
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details
  • High order volumes during sales or promotions

Ranger Lamp is not liable for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.

  • Ranger Lamp will not be responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information

9. Damaged or Missing Orders

  • If you receive a damaged package or missing item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share photos and order details for quick resolution
